Wednesday no workout done - moved chicken tractor this morning & pulled back - did some stretches - that's all I could do after regular chicken chores.

Probably will just resort to PT back exercises for next couple days from my back exercise app.

Ha ha! I think you might be pulling my leg! 95lbs is more like a "working" weight for a work out where you would do multiples of the same movement. Yesterday, as part of my 1 minute work / 20 second rest workout, I gave myself 1 minute to do 5 clean and jerks and held the last one overhead for 10 seconds, because I was getting done with quite a bit of time to spare. A couple of workouts ago, I tried 10 c&J's with the same weight in a minute, and that wrecked me! If I was just working on clean and jerks, I would start at 95 (after warming up) and progressively add weight.
 
Im at 173 now and seem to have hit a wall. I still want to lose well hell, id love to see 160 and keep it in the 160 to 170 range.

One thing I noticed, eating beef in and out, pork seems to be a big no no. Even a few slices of bacon with breakfast, seems that pork weight NEVER wants to come off like the beef does. Normally Id have a bit of ground beef as my breakfast meat, and last week decided well, maybe a few strips of bacon instead of the burger. Maybe it's all the salt and nitrate crap thats in the bacon that's making it stick to my ribs? Going to ditch the bacon, go back to beef and see if it makes a difference.
