Mainly daily timing…..he tries to not eat before noon or after 8 and he’s cut sugar in his coffee (tried cold turkey but couldn’t do straight black) and switched whole milk for cashew at nightIs he doing 5:2 or daily timing?
I’m doing the same thing!! Was very good for a couple of months then slipped. I can’t tell how I feel in the mornings for sure when my body has a chance to rest the gut before bedtime.
