Doing week 3 of my workout program again. Life got in the way last week and I only did two days. So today was chest/triceps along with hiit. Really trying to eat healthier too. That's where I have trouble. I love me some carbs!

I admit I have been a turd for the past few weeks with official workout extra…but went to doc last week and hallelujah….all the covid weight is GONE!!! I wore jeans yesterday for the first time in over a year!

I’m caught up!!!!
I’ve been unpacking boxes for two weeks and blending stuff in storage with what essentials we took to the rent house. Heck! If we survived without it for 18 months do we really need to keep that? Winnowing out a bunch of stuff for the daughter’s next garage sale.
The kitchen and bathrooms are done and now I’m tackling the two bedrooms where most was stored during the remodel.
The covered carport has the last loads moved in no sense of order. Found the 2020 tax box in with a box of cattle medicine????

As for extra, I’ve walked many trips inside and outside and lifted plenty of boxes, furniture, etc. and hula hooping daily. Best of all, I’ve now lost 15 pounds and can wear some favorite jeans that I put in the sewing room to cut up for one of those blue jean blankets. I know the extra effort is paying off as well as the weekly addition of a 2mg Bydureon BCise shot to my diabetes treatment. Regular insulin is down to 20 units now and fasting blood sugars are 80 to 119. Not bad for a 68 year old lady.
