Dont we have a fish guy/gal?

Good to hear. :) I was gonna recommend letting the angels lower your guppy count, but I doubt I could do that either. How big are your angels? Teeny tiny? Or slightly grown out?

W/O the fins ? I guess about a half dollar size. Maybe quarter. They are good looking. My company are working their tails off trying to get stuff caught up for us while they are here. Getting real food too ! Not micro stuff.

GULP ! What a busy time. I did put guppy fry w/ the parents and java moss and their not hiding and I still have some.
All that for nothing though as the angels got moved to a 30 gallon. Much better although still not as big as they will need. One of them have something wrong w/ it. I am guessing maybe hole in the head but on the side. stomach area. Poor thing looks bad. I put him in a sick tank and treating w/ what I have. Salt, ich, and fungus/bacteria meds. The water is cold though. I just put a lamp overhead . Hope it helps. I didnt want to risk the others if they havent been exposed. Hope I am doing the right thing.
I aint getting pictures til I can get rid of the air bubbles and now I need a bigger background as well.

It's not unusual to see some problems with new fish. I have done short term treatment dips with decent results. Hopefully it improves.

You can keep 4-5 in a 30 gallon. I like to give them 5-10 gallons a piece.

The one in the sick tank died. It had some kind of sore on it.
Old hens, I am so frustrated ! I cant get an air pump working on my 20 long . 3rd one and I aint buying no more . I cant figure it out. This pump today says 30-60 gal. on it and is a double . I tried everything. the hose, the stone.
Do you still keep fish?

You did seed the second tank with bacteria? Generally used filter media, used gravel, or plants. I'm assuming you know about the nitrogen cycle, and how to cycle a new tank? Of course if you have an established tank than it's easier to get more going successfully.

I do keep fish. Are you using both lines? Does it have a check valve in the line? Does it pump air at all?
It pumps air fine ! It wont pump even with a straight hose into the tank. I tried everything. Im missing something. I tried the check valve, the thing that comes with it that keeps it from back flowing . yes, both ways. LOL I tried stopping one side . with and w/o the stone. :idunno
