It has no feathers. It can't regulate its body temperature. What do you think?

Is this a breed? A photoshopped picture? One of your chooks? A pic from the internet? What's going on here :lau I don't think that it's good for the bird. They were made to have feathers, and as you said, can't regulate their body temperature without them.

Actually, these birds were bred for meat birds. They're not meant to be free range, they're kept in climate controlled buildings their whole lives. There a nothing wrong with these birds.
Oh-ok. I didn't have the context! Whoops! If they're bred to be meat birds, and are in climate controlled buildings, I suppose it's ok.
 
They have naked neck in their background, which is why they have no feathers. They were bred to have less feathers each generation. The idea was it would save time, energy and money butchering birds that didn't need to be plucked and that they would grow faster since energy didn't go towards growing feathers
