To make a long story sort of short; my broody hatched the eggs. 1/2 were from my hens with favorelle and 1/2 from someone I bought from (the orp). I'm almost positive it was the favorelle because of the markings on the shell looked like my own. So, no pic. Of the orpington. Sorry.

Yeah, you never really get 50/50....you have a 50/50 chance of each vhick being a given gender, but most hatches turn out heavily weighted one way or the other and its usually heavy to male
