Dosage for Meds

I was wondering if anyone had a basic list or knowledge to share of how much medicine to give a chicken. I as because 1) we are imperial, not metric and 2) I am not doctor so I do not know what a CC is in comparison to my measuring spoons/cups.

Duramycin 10 - 1tsp per gallon
Electrolytes and Vitamins - ?
Corrid - ?
Sulmet - ?
Penicillin - ?


Any other meds I should know about and how much to give?

Thanks! That's a great start! I was hoping for a more simplified dosage breakdown (tsp, tblsp, cups, quarts, ect.). I can break out my equivalent chart and figure it out so I have it on hand for future use, but I was still hoping for something someone might already have done.
