I started my first hatch and have been going crazy. Ive gotten so much help from everyone on here thank you so much!! I candled my eggs yesterday for first time 4 days in. 7 out of 8 had a swimmy chicken with a black eye and spider veins everywhere. And most of then had double yolk! Or could i just possibly not understand what i am looking at? It looks like boobs, not to be immature, theres a very defined upside down "cleavage" and makes it pretty hard to see whats going on inside. Or is this what they just all look like?

While possible, I doubt that most were double yolk. Double yolk eggs do not usually hatch for various reasons. If you look online you can find pictures that show eggs at different points of development. The few double yolk eggs that do hatch result in twins-2 chicks from one egg.
