Doxycycline 20 Dosage

Hi! I have a roo with a respiratory infection (sneezing and gurgling). I have doxycycline 20 powder, but no instructions on dosage. Does anyone know the correct dosage? Having trouble finding much info online. Thanks in advance!

Yes - that’s it except all the text except for “Doxycycline 20%” is in another language so I can’t read the instructions.
