i saved this in excel format. it is a spreadsheet i made by combining symptoms from different reference sources. it is not complete but a start towards a diagnostic database similar to what Ole MIss had posted.

you can use "filter" tool to select and keep selecting symptoms until you get diseases narrowed down. not the best, but it is a start.
Disclaimer: the better thing to do is become familiar with poultry illness/disease by reading links posted in "sticky posts." but it is just so hard to imagine disease symptoms w/o pictures or seeing the birds. EX: aspergillus is said to have symptom of "gasping" rather than labored breathing. ?.
