Drake Aggression - Hens laying in winter!

We had the same problem but there was no blood involved. We separated our drake for a couple of weeks so the smallest duck Noir (a cayuga) could heal. Just watch out to see if it is the male or the females that is damaging her. Females will 'mount' other females to demonstrate dominance and hierarchy. If things get worst you might need to separate the injured duck for a while. Ducks are weird sometimes but i wish you the best of luck in getting them to coexist in peace.
Ducks are very sexual and no, not dominating but sexual behaviour... Dominant Hen then Drake and others following. No pecking order like chickens..:frow

My Muscovys take turns being the “dominant female” here it may not be actually called that in duck terms but it is what I call it. It doesn’t have anything to do with being sexual with these females

Mine are the same as yours. My runners too.

Nope I just have observed my Muscovys enough to know. They are being dominant to one another and take turns at it
Mine take turns being boss too.

And the young and only muscovie i have stands IN the food bowl to make sure no one gets any

Either way you slice it be it dominance or sexual. .other hens can sometimes be the culprit and we are usually quick blame the poor drakes. :gig
It is most likely your drake doing it
@LACavalier
But hens do mount each other and bite and pick on each other for whatever reason. I would call it a pecking order myself. . but maybe that's the wrong terminology in reference to ducks. . . .
For example these two girls have taken turns picking on one another.
