drake feathers??

I have a blue swedish and it looked like a girl and didn't sound male but not female either and it's molting and there's feathers growing back is this first signs of drake feathers or what? 12 week old

It looks like the start of a drake feather. Does it quack loud? Or is it low and raspy?

Hmm sorta looks like the start of the drake feather? i'll see if i can find a decent shot of mine.. now this is a call lol but can you see the curl? voice changes usually take place before the curl, however.

There won't be really be a drake feather at 12 weeks. One of my boys got his around 14 weeks the other was later. It came in after they did their first molt. Does it quack or is it raspy?

I don't quite buy that the drake feathers wont come in for 12 or more weeks. It sure looks like a couple of mine got theirs. Ill get some pic's

He does not quack like a duck. Defiantly male. He has had this really curly feather since 6 weeks old. I have two others, same age, with curly too. Not all my males have drake feathers this early but these 3 do.
