So I brought him and put him in the bathroom let him swim and offered him food and water but he will not drink still today will not eat still today not really sure what to do because I don’t want him to die from dehydration the penis looks like it’s going back up inside little by little and I would like to come courage this to keep happening so I can put them back with the others any help would be appreciated thanks
The pic was from the first day. It looks much better now. See in second picture.

If you go ahead with the tube feeding and watering, you may want to give him the plain pedialyte or bird electrolytes if you have them since it's been a while since he last ate or drank.
You should be able to push fluids without the tube. Still go to the side of the airway and go slowly, keeping the head tipped back.

Welcome to BYC, sorry your duck is sick. :hugs Is a vet an option? I ask because this can be a life-threatening condition. How is he today?

If a vet is not an option I can tell you what I would do if he were my duck.
  • Bring inside and get him warmed up in a room or cage that is 80-85 degrees (watch for signs of overheating.
  • Once warm, weigh him and tube Pedialyte at 14 ml per pound of bodyweight, wait 60-90 minutes and repeat tubing fluids.
  • One hour later, thoroughly clean his penis and decide if it should be amputated or not. Please post pictures here after you clean it.
  • Start antibiotics.
  • Start tube feeding Kaytee Exact baby bird food.
You can get aquarium air line at Petco or Petsmart and some Walmarts. They will also have aquarium air line that you can use as a tube. A feed store like Tractor Supply will have 60 ml syringes.

If you use the aquarium air line you will need to melt the end that gets inserted with a lighter because the edge is too sharp if you don't. A sharp-edged tube could cut the inside of his mouth, esophagus, or crop.
