Wednesday I had a temporary crown put on a tooth
I don't know what happened, but Wed night I could not get to sleep. I stayed up until 5AM Thurs morning. slept a few hours and felt yukky all day
only slept a coupole of hours tonight, got up at 5AM,. I hope I can get a nap in .
supposed to rain today.
Annie made pea sooup yesterday. Bro Dave was here and helped us eat it. only about one bowlful left. I like mine with bread/peanut butter

Hope sleeping goes better for you Jim. I have troubles this time of year due to the decreased light. He'd to fall asleep, hard to wake up.

I need to make pea soup. It's a regular here. Used to hate it as a kid, but now enjoy it. I think everything goes with bread and peanut butter.

I'm finding it really hard to stay AWAKE. It's a good thing I can DVR programs on TV because I'm not even making it to the end of some of the ones that start at 7 o'clock.

Homemade soup is a mainstay of my winters -- except that I always make too much and have to eat it for too many days in a row. Some freezes okay, but the texture of the veggies is never the same -- like eating canned soup from the store.

I have not seen evidence of rats for three days now. And, it's been that long since I put my thumb too close to a set rat trap. Ouch!!

Barb I think your rats just showed up at my house. We got some digging into the Batman run, and turkey shed. We put out the poison. Hopefully they all die in their holes.

I have been off of internet service for two days.
it just came back on.
Barb sent her rats to Lisa, Lisa, don't send them to me.
our red squirrels are not running around much.
the black cat is still hanging around. Annie is treating him to pieces of meat. he actually comes up onto the deck. he is a good eater. Annie put out a pound of hamburger. he ate 2/3 of it at one sitting
GGS was supposed to visit today. GS called and cancelled . GGS will be 2 in Jan.
I called the fixit guy about my tractor. He hasn't returned my call, yet.

That looks delicious except for the turkey. That's a lot of calories though. I'd have to ride my bike extra long to earn that.
