Dreams just got real

[Rivenduck]

I've always loved birds and wanted to have my own mini farm when I grew up. At 35ish I finally have 2 acres in a rural residential area in Michigan where my husband and I have been turning our lawn into gardens and pastures. The goal is to start with ducks, then try quail, pheasants, and sheep. We are currently building our duck run and have some serious ambitions of building our coop in the style of Rivendell from The Lord of the Rings series.

We started a Rivenduck channel on youtube to document our progress. So far, it's just duckling shenanigans. Once everything is done I'll do my best to document everything and post it to the coop page.
