I noticed today that my RIR kept pecking towards my roo's head. when i went in to see what was going on i noticed she had pecked a spot on my roo's comb. i gave it a little while to see if she would stop and she did. i went outside a little later to see her pecking at his scab so i seperated her from the rest of the flock. question is how long should i keep her seperatd and is there anything i can put on his comb to help spped up the scabbing process?
