Drinking lots of water and watery poops in my chicken

I have 4 chickens around 6 weeks old. For last 2 days they are drinking tons of water and they have lots of water in their poops. I a word they have watery poops. I have attached a photo of their poops with this post. Other then this they are eating their feed well. They are very excited when find their feed to eat them.
Please help.

I live in Bangladesh and its winter now. I give them food 4 times a day starting from morning to night. Each time I feed them until they are fool.

If they are drinking a lot, it is normal for the feces to be watery.
In Bangladesh, I'm assuming you don't have access to a complete starter feed.
What are you feeding? Something may be making them thirstier.

I didnt get what do u mean by watery. I used to fill water bottle 500ml once a day but for last 2 to 3 days i filled it up twice a day.
Yes starter feed is available but i feed them grower feed. Since they are over 30 days old.

I used the term watery to refer to your statement that they had "water in their poops".
Is it possible another animal is drinking some of the water or that there is an air leak in the water fount?
In the last week, I've had 4 founts that have developed an air leak I had to repair which allows the water to overflow and then go dry.

I would watch them closely if any look sleepy or become hunched with their necks pulled into shoulders, or if you see any blood in poops. They are at an age where coccidiosis might be a problem. The usual treatment if that happens is to give amprollium, a sulfa antibiotic, or toltrazuril, whichever is normally used where you live. Runny poops can be one of the signs. As long as they seem active and alert, they are probably fine.

Their your birds so you can manage as you choose but I like to keep feed available all day.

I also recommend having food available to them all day long, so they do not gorge on feed, and everyone gets an equal chance to eat.

No there is no leakage i checked.
