as far as age i have no idea she was previously abandoned

So you picked her up somewhere and brought her home- any quarantine time? If you had a bird that looked healthy, and a week after you brought her home, she stopped eating/got sick ect. It very well could be cocci, or something else your own flock is carrying. If you can't get professional help, then you need to do home nursing as best you can- she needs to eat and drink or she will die from lack of that irregardless of whatever else is wrong with her. Blend up her pellet, add some higher calorie/protein food- like scrambled eggs- try syringe feeding her slowly. Electrolytes in the water ect- syringe that in too. Every few hours. You will need to purchase electrolyte powder from the feed store or use a human product. Folks here are fond of the children's product polyvisol. The coccidiostat- also from a feed store- can be mixed in with the electrolyte water- but these things will only work if you get them into her.
Check her crop- if you don' t know what a normal crop feels like, go check your other healthy birds.
