I need help diagnosing my hen. She's gone downhill the last couple of days. She didn't leave the coop Thursday, but that didn't seem too unusual since she likes to avoid the rooster. Yesterday her head was beginning to droop and I noticed green poop (solid poop not runny). Today she won't even move. Her beak seems warm. I don't notice any nasal discharge. Her poop is a bit more watery. Her crop is empty. I can't say she's eaten anything. I'm going to try giving her some water via a dropper or something. I may make her some scrambled eggs to see if she'll eat. Any help is appreciated. She's stumbling around as I went to get a pic of her face.

I'm sorry I don't know what is wrong or how to help but maybe some others will help you out.
I am also sorry no one got back to your post.

Green poop is a sign of dehydration, I would get fluids into her straight away, nutri-drench or some sugar mixed with water should give her a boost. The warm beak suggests she is dehydrated and over heating also.

Thank you! I did buy some Nutri-Drench and have given her some. I've been giving her water with electrolytes and probiotics. I have a syringe, but it's hard to get her to drink without feeling like I'm causing more stress. I also put a fan on her (on low) this afternoon to see if that would help. She's spending the night in the garage.

Thanks for your help. She's back to eating and drinking her own today.
