Drop-offs (**New Pics on Pg 4!**) ***Homes Found for all!

For some people, these are really desperate times. Even though it was wrong of them to dump these poor animals are your hosue without your permission, in the long run, the animals will be taken care of and you'll be earning good karma points for having done it.

miron28 - My grandparents live in Bowling Green, FL in the winter. I also have family near Ocala and Ft. Meyers.

I got to spend more time with the puppy this weekend. If my husband would let me, I'd keep him in a heartbeat. He comes running when I whistle (he responds more quickly than our own dogs do - he flies past them in a huge hurry to get to me). It also appears that someone taught him the command "sit." He's done it often enough now that I don't think it is a fluke. He's such a sweetheart. I took some more pictures today.

I'll try to post them tomorrow.

YEAH! Those kittens were so cute, and my favorite kind of tabby too, that I was about to have to take a drive to Ohio and get them! So glad they've got a home together. Wouldn't if have been nice if pup could have gone there with them.

Hmmm, I wonder if there is a way to send your DH some subliminal messages about really needing a puppy right now.

For your hubby not wanting to keep him, LOL @ the collar.

He's adorable. I'm glad you found homes for the kittens. I'd say your little shepherd mix would be a great farm dog.

I wish people would drop off animals here. I know DH would never say no.

We had an extra collar, so I put it on him. I tie him up when I'm not home so I don't have to worry about coming home and finding him hit by a car or something. Trust me, it wasn't my hubby's idea!
