Quote the language about antibiotics/medication - I don't see anything in there - I see guidelines on whether or not you need a foodhandlers license, and who you can sell to.

I see nothing saying I can't.

The difference in the USA and the rest of the world is we do not need a law to say we can do something, We only have laws telling us what we cannot do.


I can sell my chickens to anyone I want, and I can tell them they were raised drug free...

What are some other guidelines regarding the sale of locally produced poultry?

• Be prepared to answer the purchaser's questions about how the birds are raised, processed, handled, and stored.

By answering these questions I am informing the customer my chickens are raised drug free.
