Dry comb and face

Did a little browsing here but couldn't find anything that quite matched. One of my adopted hens has a dry looking comb and face. They're currently finishing up treatment for Northern Fowl Mites, eating/drinking normally, and are negative for intestinal parasites. The dry girl, Waffle, seems completely fine otherwise and is really beginning to show her personality. What would people recommend for her dry little face?

It looks like dry skin which can be common in winter. There is a fungal disease called favus that can cause watch chaulky deposits on the skin. That can be treated with antifungal creams, miconazole and clotrimazole. This is an extreme case below:
