No you can't make a hen broody. You will either have to wait or use an incubator

You can chose to separate her. I personally would. Make sure the rest of your chickens can still see her, but not disturb her, so that they don't totally forget about her.

So can i leave her in the coop with the others. My coop has 2 large nest boxs but they all seem to huddle up in one side of the nest box. Or i can buy another coop? i dont know what to do. I want To do what right. X

When a hen has gone broody. You can either put her in a dog crate type thing or confine her to a beating box. I suggest the dog crate. You don't have to buy another coop.

In your coop it next to it. Is your coop big enough. Or you could keep it in a house or shed.

I've just read somewhere to leave the hen where she lays and sits on the eggs.
So can u tell me how long they will sit and how long they stay with mum. And when do u start feeding them. When can I hold the chicks. Basically I want to know everything lol X

You can either leave it where is sits or move it. The hen will sit on them until they hatch. She will have care of them until they are around 5 weeks old. They need to eat like normal chicks. You will have to feed them and mom chick starter and provide water from day 1
