Okay breeder people, these three young males all have great personalities, I'm thinking of rehoming the middle guy, out of the two top and bottom ones, which should I actually breed?
The guy on top got a touch of frostbite
(Beau) You can see the poor guy's comb here: Please excuse the yucky chicken poop in the picture, they've been cooped up because of the snow, and all the coops are getting mucked out this week!
Here's a different pic of the guy on the bottom (Sugardaddy)
Pretty babies. Interesting with the frizzle fuzz being the same. Not anything to do with D's, I frequently have Bantam Cochin chicks hatch with fuzz and wavy feathers until their first moult, then come out fine. Someone once suggested I fed to high in protein, but I feed like everyone else.
Either way, all chicklettes are cuter then all get out anyways!

top or bottom.
The middle one doesnt have a good comb and color looks weak.
Other two look to have good foot feathering, and combs other than the frost bite. Top ones color looks better to me, he'd be my pick
Here are my little goofs. They were hiding out in the doorway of Suede's coop with mama Nugget due to hawk activity this morning. Where they are standing is actually in front of one of my little broody pens, the one where Nugget's chicks were hatched and where they came to live.
I'm thinking maybe there is too much black in the hackles on Beau and Lizzie, am I correct about that? I think JoBeth, who is getting her spots in now, is so feminine-looking. They're cute, if totally skittish still.
