I'm not real sure what your question here is. If you're wondering if that's a Golden Neck, it's not. Even if it was a Golden Neck it would be a poor one-type is terrible.
The cochin looks awful, very pretty but totally messed up on type and comb and color, very much a mix. Still learning about duccles so can't have an opinion about that yet.
Idk either, but i'd say that given the mixed messages the individual was looking to make more than the bird was worth, or they don't know as much as they thought they did. You just happened to be more educated than the typical buyer, hence the lack of answer. If you are looking for a pure bird, i would say no to this one.
