my b-day is coming up soon and i want some more d'uccle but currently cant get any from around here -__- grrrrr people around here need to raise d'uccle!!!!

That rooster is gorgeous but too much black too be SQ Hes got a great comb and foot feathering. Maybe he'll get more white each molt. The hen looks decent. Maybe try breeding that roo to a hen with more white to see what you can get Good Luckk showing them!

They usually get more white as they age. Couldn't hurt to bring them. Standards of Perfection are just what you should shoot for, nobody has a perfect bird. go for it!

Your pullet does not have a single comb, does she?

x2! The Cockerel has too much black to do well at a show, but would fit perfectly in a breeding pen with females that are heavy on white. The Pullet is gorgeous are has great coloring. They both appear to have nice beards and feet feathering, good job conditioning them too btw!

P.S- any chance that you'd sell the cockerel? I would love to put him in one of my breeding pens

I agree with everyone else on the cockerel. The pullet is very nice ! Make sure you tell us how they do at the show.

I, too, thought there was too much black on the cockerel. It's so hard to get a perfect bird I have come to find out.

Will let you know how they do...
