i like the first one (mine to is from ideal) but the 2 lighter ones i just dont like but yes foot feathering is awsome on them...do you happen to know why they come out light like this?

the pullet does have a single comb and is smallX2! I'm thinking the same thing.![]()
Some gold necks are not based on the blue gene but on dominant white diluting all colors, according to some. So my bird may very well have been a blue millie with the white thrown on for further dilution. I have a Mille fleur cockerel, that is 4 months old. He has nice feather pattern, and okay foot feathering. He has no wattles visible, due to his large beard.Looking for a new d'uccle rooster in any of the mille fleur patterns. Will consider a cockeral or two.
