yes, they should have a full foot of feathers.... and as many on the middle toe as possible..Our only mille fleur, Noodles, is about 8 weeks now. We purchased her from a local farm but the adult millie's they had were just too cute! They had so many feathers on their feet.. And I mean ALOT. Their feet looked giant compared to their body. Is that a good thing quality wise or not?
if they dont get broken, they should look wider than their body
