I think I'm ready to eat a spoon full of words..."Blue GN" is really to strong of a word/term to reference them by. I suppose since feathers show adiquate 'vining' (color) then Lavender would be a better suited discription.

If you can, try to imagine a Golden Neck Duccle that has Lavender where all the white would normally be.

Hahaa, it's ok tho...

I tried to take pics of the girls today (HA & 1 who looks almost white till you spread her wings and you see a distinct pattern with khaki color!!??) and of course the rest.

Okay, The problem I'm having is the lavender showing up (OBVIOUSLY) w/the gold color in my pics
idunno.gif
. The Base always seems to make them look white

The lav looks white, or the gold looks cream? I am confused... (a normal state for we here at me, I admit)

How old are they?

Picture a Golden Neck...see the white tips/pattern? Now visualise the same bird with lavender tips/pattern

I'll get pics tomorrow (I hope if no rain) and show them to you along w/some of my true GN's. The featerh veining pics might be tough unless I pluck one

Sounds like a blue mille fluer, without the white.
And makes me think of the whole goldneck vs splash discussion from waaaaayyyyyyback.

Be intersting to see if it throws 'true'...
