I must must musssssssssssssst Brag to all of you, IT happened, the great egg drought is now over! Woohooo my D'uccle's have laid eggs! I found yesterdays 2 and todays 1 1/2 (she is in the nest box!) and I was so amazed!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE FERTILIZED! Oh my goodness they have a bulls eye! Yippie that little rooster IS doing his job. How cool is that!
Now to wait 5 days and turn on the bator! I am so incredibly happy at this moment, no wonder the Millies were attacking my Carol the Std Cochin "chick" (5 mo old). Had to separate and Humfrey LeCock even went over to inspect the nest and was upset that the eggs grew legs! hee heee! That means he is going to be an awesome daddy too.

Can you tell how happy I am!! Now can I sit at the big D'uccle table?
