D'uccle Thread

Oh... our d'uccles are 15 weeks!

My daughter checks everyday to see if they have laid anything... we keep hoping!

That is the cutest little egg I ever saw, lol. How did it taste?

Is anyone selling some D'uccle hatching eggs or even some baby chicks later this year or sometime in the in the spring? I love this breed so much, I have 2 little girls about 4 months old, Comet (golden neck) , and Opal (porcelain). Thank you
I'll try to post some pics of them

last year i got some silkie eggs from her and ended up with an interesting frizzled silkie-the feathers were silkie but they ended up being curled like a frizzle! he was a cutie but i didn't need any roos and he got rehomed with a friend. i was thinking of getting some d'uccle eggs from her but i have to wait for the occasional broody before i get more.

I will be. I have a very cute trio. They are such sweet little love bugs! The girls are 12 and 14 weeks so since the winter is coming - I'm assuming they will wait until spring for laying. Not sure. But I'll post if we get some fuzzies!

I'm new to this thread, but I saw the post & have to sing the praises of this breeder's (1234muki) stock. I have m-f d'Uccles by her who have great coloring and are really sweet, as well as a dozen beautiul silkies.
Of all the mailed eggs I've ever gotten, I have the highest hath rate with hers. She's in TN. I have 95-100% hatch rates.

But back to d'Uccles themselves.....
