Secondly, when I showed this year, the professional judge and everyone there pronounced it dee-OOKle and so that's how I pronounce it.
Also, think of it this way---for those that don't know the breed comes from a Belgium town called Uccle. The d apostrophe means "from". Just like d'anvers come from Anvers, d'uccles come from Uccle.
Say it however YOU want to say it.
