duck acts like he cant stand or walk

Hi everyone this is my first post I made this to ask this question.. today I noticed one of my ducks whimsey acts like he cant stand or walk, he is just laying and and he kind of drags himself around. His legs like crumple back and he acts like he cant stand up on them or anything?? I put his food and water next to him but I dont know whats wrong with him, please help!

Welcome to BYC. I would go up the top of this page to Forum, then drop down to Other Backyard Poultry, then over to Ducks, and also post on the duck thread, since I don't know too much about ducks. I would put some B Vitamins including niacin and riboflavin in his water, and get him to drink. If you have any PolyVisol baby vitamins you could use 3 drops, or if you have Poultry Nutridrench you could give 3 ml orally. Could your duck have hurt his legs?

How old? It could be botulism. In that case, there is a sticky about flushes to help get rid of the toxin.
