I crawled under house the other day. All the big men were scared about snakes under it. They had yet to see one under the house. They kept trying to get me to take a snake grabber with me. I didn't bother and there were no snakes down there. Snakes dont bother me at all. However, there was a huge spider! I thought it was a trantuala at first. My coworker thought I was joking and that there was no tarantula down there. I told him the tarantula would beg to differ. Realized later it was likely a huntsman spider, which is so much worse! I am just glad it ran in fear away from my head light. I have been getting over my fear of spiders, but there are some that must go!

I am always so proud when they snatch a mosquito out of the air. Less proud when they eat a butterfly. Really annoyed when they follow a humming bird like I can eat that.

Thankfully they have yet to catch one. The humming birds don't usually spend time in the duck area. But if I see a butterfly, I shoo it away.

My irrational fear is mice

I saw a viral video just recently of a dad watching his young daughter play, when he realized she was playing with a huge spider. He screamed and snatched her up real quick! Lol

Ducks chasing grasshoppers are hilarious. I mowed the yard yesterday and they were so excited by all the bugs I stirred up.
