Anyone tried using duck pond water for growing veggies - I do it with fish and wondering what pump to use for duck pond

Id just use any ordinary pump

I would use a sewage pump due to the fact of other pumps not handeling chunks of duck poop. I have a duck pond and tried using a regular pump to circulate the water. It would clog up in a very short time. I went to harbor freight and bought a sewage pump with the warranty (because of how their stuff is made) and no more clogging up.
