Duck back feathers sticking up

Hello does anyone know why my Rouen’s back feathers are sticking up like this? I’ve had her for about 10 months and she should be fully grown by now. The feathers started looking like this a few days ago and isn’t present on any of my other ducks.

It might be because she is being bred.. and there is a bit if rough housing going on...

Spring might be in the air at your place... I see green grass.

Hey, I'm not sure if that is likely because I have seen my drake bullying this duck occasionally. He kind of nibbles at her neck and chases her away from the other ducks. I live in California and its still pretty cold here.

Could he be messing up the feathers when he does that?

As to spring.. since every day is longer than the last...the ducks might have decided that it is spring.
