Duck behavior question

Hello! I attached a video below of one of my ducklings who was, for lack of better description, “shuffling” her beak up/down my grandsons arm. My Pekin has done that before also but he’s been much more aggressive when he’s done it. Not in a mad/angry aggressive, just very intentional about it. Also, there was an abandoned domestic duck, who I was trying to rescue, that did the same thing the first time we met. I’m perceiving it as a positive gesture but honestly have no clue what it means when they do it. Does anyone know why these lil sweethearts make this motion?
