What does it mean when a duckling keeps plucking at his feathers/fur?
Also, the duckling is always pecking at everything. What does that mean? Is he hungry or just curious?

He's most likely preening which they have to do alot of to keep their feathers in tip top shape. and since they don't have hands they have to use their bills to try out stuff. Do you keep feed out for them at all times? ducklings especially need to be able to eat when ever they want too they are growing so fast.
