hola... my duck is about 10 months old and what i know its a male but since a put hay and a mirror i think he behaves like a female

you can see on the video please can someone with more knowledge tell me if a have a female duck... muskovy mix i think

Do you have other muscovies?
Oh and she is pure muscovy.

i only have one duck she makes noises when i come close but when i put my hand on her back i get no noise only open wings and tail up...
i was told its a mix muscovy

It is definitely a female. She looks like a pure muscovy to me. I don't see any features that indicate that she's a mix.
When she puts her tail up like that she is "presenting" to you like she would a drake.
She seems pretty sweet. I bet she likes the mirror because she sees "another" duck.
Is she a house duck? Or do you think, you will get her a pal eventually?

then i guess its a female the man that sold me the duck told me its a male and mix breed
and yes its a house duck comes in to the house and the backyard but all of this started two weeks ago with the mirror thanks to all for the advice
