Duck biting my ankles and running in front of me

Good morning! We have 2 male peking ducks that have recently began biting our ankles (and sometimes toes if available) and running in front of us as we walk, essentially almost tripping us. They always have duck pellets available to them but they mostly free range for food and have been getting a good bit of cicadas lately.

I also noticed one of them biting the others head feathers while in their pool yesterday.

Sounds as if the boys are becoming sexually mature and frustrated.
