How many ducks do you have and is he your only drake it maybe a prolapse of his penis it can happen when they mate too much either way he needs to be cleaned up and have some kind of ointment put on him to help the swelling go down and the penis to go back in. You can't leave this to chance and hope it will be okay he needs your help.

Preparation H is suppose to work well in helping the swelling go down you'll need to keep him away from the other ducks so no one messes with it. give him water to bathe in and after he is finished bathing slather on the Prep h and try to get it to go back in keep trying several times a day. you don't want this to dry or get infected. He'll need to be kept away from the girls for a while after he heals. does this thing that's hanging out look like a cork screw? that's what a drakes penis looks like.
