Duck Bumblefoot

Hello! My duck Patrick is suffering from Bumblefoot. I have been soaking in Epsom salts, cleaning, and reapplying the bandage daily. He is also on an oral antibiotic that I got from a veterinarian. It has only been two days since I discovered the bumble but the swelling is getting worse. I have been opening the wound and pulling out the puss daily. Any other tips that anyone has on this topic? Also I used a punch balloon to place over his foot to keep it clean and dry.
