Yes thanks will leave him until tommorow... he seems very vocal right now and mouth is moving allot... will give updates tmr thanks for the help everyone I really appreciate it!

A short power outage shouldn't affect too much. I would get concerned of the membrane drying out with power out for more than a couple hours.

If you have a way to heat a little water, maybe insert a bowl of hot water with a sponge in it, would give some warmth and humidity.

The one that you started assisting, I would be inclined to continue the assist by now, it may be ready. Definitely don't want that membrane drying out and sticking to the duckling.
