Duck eggs in incubator

it's doing great

Poor thing! You're definitely going to want to bring her in. Let her take a bath in water with Epsom salts (don't let her drink it) to soak the wound. Do that daily. Neosporin on it as well to prevent infection, and perhaps a bandage when she's not soaking.

@Miss Lydia what do you advise?

She's sitting on a nest of eggs she came out to the pond for a swim and we seen her struggling. Finally she got away. She wouldn't let us catch her and she went back to her eggs..

Where are her eggs? I hope she is sitting in a secure place away from predators..

You really need to rid your pond of those snapping turtles if you think she looks bad and she is lucky the turtle didn't drown her wait to she takes her ducklings into the pond the turtles will think they have died and gone to heaven being served up ducklings.

You caught her once to get the pic, please treat her wounds and make sure no flies can get to it. Or maggots will take over. Not a good out come.

I brought her in and put her eggs in the incubator with some others. I gave her a Epsom salt bath in the tub. And coated her leg in Neosporin. Like you said I also bandaged her up and took her to a vet once they open they said her leg was to mangled. That she would never be able to use it. It would always drag.. I still had all hope for her they kept her and she passed away. We have been baiting the turtles my ducklings aren't going to the pond till i know it's safe. This is the first encounter we have had and the first time we have seen a turtle in the pond.
