Duck eggs pipped but not hatching! HELP!!!

Pics
I’m hatching ducks, for the first time (hatching anything), but I’ve spent countless hours over the past two weeks researching from incubation, hatch, to brooder, etc., so I’m paying very close attention to this thread. I think I’m ready in an emergency, but I don’t want to lose them. My duck eggs had a mama originally in my garden and a fox took her while I happened to be at the window she was nesting, so I took the eggs as soon as she was taken and made a fake bator (again after researching what to do to keep them going). It’s been 2 weeks now, I candle them every night and they’re all going strong!! For now, like I said I’m worried about hatch.
Go on the May hatch a long if you haven't already.

Do you have any plans for them? Just pets?
Pets- I live in PA- so at the moment I have purchased poultry fencing, purchased a baby pool and I’m still thinking about where on my 2nd floor raised deck I’m going to let them “hang out”. I plan on sectioning off a decent size of the deck with the fencing, building a raised floor (Made of 2 x 4’s and the wired netting For them to walk on so I can pull tarp covered plywood sheets to hose off when they go to the bathroom) then putting a “dog house” styled lounge with a Similar type raised floor or wood shavings and a baby swimming pool. I’m going to give them the option to “stay or leave” I will not clip their wings. I never planned on having pet ducks, but I don’t want them to not be able to survive, or feel trapped, etc.. Does my set-up sound dumb? Any insight would be great. As I said I never intended to have ducks and this all happened really fast.

If you feel more comfortable, you can put paper towels in a cup,you can put the black one in his shell,

I’m so sorry to hear about your ducklings that have passed. This is what I’m absolutely afraid of.. losing my babies at hatch.
I managed to peel the membrane from that ones shell and trim off excess membrane, I do my assists in stages, do a little bit, stop and let them rest & warm back up, repeat until finished... I got 3 out and about in the brooder now! Phew! 2 left in the incubator, prognosis is pending.... we'll see their condition in the morning.

I am 100% never incubating duck eggs again, EVER!!! They will either be hatched by broody duck or hen, not me! I'll stick with chicken & quail, they're a piece of cake!
