Duck eggs

Did anyone see(or have seen) the Food Tech show on the History Channel, the "Chinese Take Out" documentary ? I found the part where the pekin duck eggs went into the walk-in incubators very interesting when I saw the temp they were using to incubate the eggs was set @ 98.5 degrees.

Yes, I saw it. A few weeks ago I saved seven Muscovy duck eggs from a flooded nest. I stuck 3 under my broody duck and 4 under my broody hen. The duck refused to sit on them so she stood over them. They never hatched. But the chicken hatched 3 of the 4. We got one from our avian vet that someone brought in, so we have 4 Muscovy babies at this time.
