Duck eye problem

I need help with my ducks eye she has been having problems with both eyes since September we have gone down the route of the vets using eye drops and she's been on a corse of antibiotics (tylan) for 10 days and still no good.
Symptoms are ever couple of weeks or so she gets a slight milky coloured line across either her right or left eye and then the day after her eye is shut completely there is no discharge from the eye it just makes her very unhappy and she sits down a lot, doesn't want to route around like she normally does, but the day after she will be back to normal with her eye open back to her usual self
she isn't scratching it so it's not irritating her.
I'm just concerned as it's becoming a regular occurrence
If anyone can help i would be really great full and she would too

What type of bedding do you use?......not really sure what could be causing her problems?....Dusty feed?........

Not a duck person here at all, but do you have clean water available for them to dip their faces? I recall one of the duck folks saying that a face wash is very necessary. You might want to post on the duck thread as well here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/42/ducks

Do you have any drakes? I have read over breeding / maybe even just the mating process in general can have an effect on ducks sinuses and cause eye problems. I will go see if i can find what it says in my duck book.

Over mating can cause their eyes to bubble and foam
Because their sinues run under their eyes and down their neck and so over mating can cause eye and sinus problems.
This is from the duck eggs daily book.
If its not accompanied by other respiratory symptoms this is the most likely cause it states. Unless of course you dont have any male ducks
And yes making sure you have deep enough water to submerge her whole head is very important it says

Hi I thought it could have been the bedding as I used to use pine shavings but I switched to dust extracted barley straw a week ago.
As for mating we keep our drakes separate from the girls when we are not there and she doesn't take any nonsense from any of the boys its only ever on her terms
They have a bath that's sunk in the ground to wash in and the water is changed daily and they have a big bucket to drink from and the water is changed twice a day
And there feed is fancy feed waterfowl pellets witch doesn't seem dusty we do put a mineral powder in there feed daily but it's only half a tea spoon so I can't see that causing dust

Oh okay, well at least you have eliminated all those possible causes then. Poor girl. Thats great your taking her to the vet. Maybe they will find something that works.
Have you tried apple cider vinegar in the water? i dont know how much it would help, but may be worth a try. I have heard its great for alot of things.

They get acv twice a week in the water, I'm really scratching my head and so is the vet,
Thank you for all the ideas so far it would be nice to put my finger on it I don't like the thought of her been uncomfortable
