Duck feed?

I missed this. So when did you switch from flock raiser to chicken feed? Then do you supplement niacin for your ducks?
I have been using NONGMO for a year or more I do use nutritional yeast for the niacin . I still would rec PFR for others if they can get it over chick starter for waterfowl but my preference is feeding the NON GMO. I won’t try to tell anyone they should feed what I am using though this is my choice.

For some dang reason though I think tractor supply is going to stop carrying the all flock:barnie
Jana, I Couldn't get it in Pittsburg last time we were there, and I saw on that nutrena site where it said that it is not available at tractor supplies at this time. What the what! :barnie
Yea I’ve never seen an all flock so I was wondering about that.

Ok. I was just asking because from other posts it seemed like you only fed PFR. It's not a big deal - just clarifying.
Thanks.

so I stopped to get a new bag of my all flock today and they have changed it to 20% protein. . what the! Why?
Now I'm going to have to look at the label to see if they changed anything else. :hmm
I suppose that's ok. . but mine get plenty of treats and find lots of bugs and worms on their own they probably don't really need any higher protein.

Nutrena? Or is this another brand?

Ok I see a lot of people say All Flock is not available at Tractor Supply Co. That is true.
Nutrena All Flock is not available at either of my 2 local TSC.
But an All Flock feed is available. It's called Flock Raiser. Purina Flock Raiser to be precise.
Flock Raiser is a registered trademark of Purina.
So All Flock/Flock Raiser both have higher Protein 18/20% than most Layers feed, and lower Calcium than Layers feed 1.4-1.9/.08-1.3%.
I've only seen Nutrena All Flock in a pellet. Purina is a crumble, but I've seen a pellet at my local TSC, 20180508_172451.jpg . It's hard to find in stock, I've only seen it twice out of dozens of times I've been there.
Purina Flock Raiser is supposed to have the minimum amount of Niacin for ducks. GC
