Duck foot surgery IN Process/ swelling, no bumblefoot scab? Now what?

I am also interested in how much lavender and garlic.
My duck’s foot looks the same. The vet wants $100 just to look at her which, unfortunately, is not an option right now either.

we’ve been sorting with the vet ricin and it started to go down but is now worse again.

A picture of the foot would be a good idea. One thing about staff its really hard to treat.
When my duck had bumblefoot and no scab was there I wasn't even sure it was bumble, I had treated my chickens for bumble but they always had the scab. Even after she was on antibiotics for 7 days nothing had changed so I used a scalpel and cut a small slit and that hardcore popped right out. With my chickens I have had to use a sterile tweezers and pick out.

Getting the infection out has always been the way to go here then the healing begins.
