Duck hatched baby duck today....Help!

I think it’s going to be difficult to keep the temperature stable in a small box, but always worth a shot. Do you have a thermometer in there? Higher temps are more dangerous than lower, so please don’t let them get too hot. 100ish is ideal, but they should definitely not get above 105F.
 
Every body is hatching fairly quickly,they all have beek holes the the shells. iv got them warmed up with a heat lamp. Temp reader says it between 98-100 . Iv got a damp micro fiber rag and a damp sponge for humidity.
The little chick is eating and happily chirping, waiting for the others.

Yes we have a thermometor.
We have the heating pad with high and low settings. , and a heat lamp.
Been checking temp every 15ish... staying between 98-100..
